The whole room was clean with hot chocolate, the coffee machine made by the cup. There were a microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator. The location in a good area was marvellous and convenient and there were a mall and a supermarket nearby.

The service offered was excellent! Polite staff and the location was great and comfortable. And I loved the proximity to shopping malls and a supermarket in Payson.

The noise levels were unbearable. I could hear conversations from surrounding rooms and even footsteps from above. It made it very hard to relax, especially after a long day of traveling.

Ideal for a quick stopover

The breakfast was surprisingly good, wide variety of hot choices that actually tasted decent and the staff in the dining area really seemed to care about keeping it clean, so that's a plus. The room was clean, just what I needed after a long day and the bed was comfy enough to finally sleep without feeling like I was on a rock.

Clean towels each night. Pool area could use some updates. Wi-Fi was decent.
